If you're unsatisfied with your soap for any reason, please contact us.  We stand behind our soaps and want to make sure our customers are happy. 

Although we don't allow returns on soap, we want to hear from you if you have questions, concerns, or problems.  

No Returns

We do not allow returns on soap for any reason. Because of this, we ask that before you make any purchase to carefully consider the ingredients contained in each soap, which are listed along with each soap description. Make sure that the intended user of the soap does not have any allergies or reactions to any of the soap ingredients.


Although replacements may be possible under certain, unique conditions please make sure to contact the carrier if:

--a package arrives in a damaged state.

--if records show the soap has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier.  

If a soap arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours. Be sure to include photos to document the damage.  We must agree upon a return within 15 days of the shipment's arrival.   

Depending on the situation, we will replace the damaged soap or exchange it for a soap of equal value, or issue a credit or refund.  

Do not send the product back to us without previous arrangements.  

All return shipping costs will be paid for by the customer.
